Meet people at the station’s coffee shop. Speciality coffees, teas, sandwiches (hot and cold) and those little extra treats; all available at Love Koffee. Stays open later on Olympic Park event nights.

WHSmith is situated on the main station concourse offering a tailored range of newspapers, magazines, books and impulse products for the busy traveller.

CASH

Free cash machines are located on the main station concourse. 

TOILETS/BABY CHANGING

Toilets and baby changing facilities are located on the main station concourse close to the Westfield exit.

LOST PROPERTY

For all lost property enquiries please visit station reception or ask a member of staff on the main concourse who will be happy to help.

Tickets & Information

Tickets and train information for UK services are available from the Southeastern ticket office on the main concourse. Fast ticket machines are located in a slight recess just off the main concourse

Access & Assistance

If you need mobility assistance or any help with luggage, our station staff will be pleased to help. Please speak to any of our Customer Service Assistants on the concourse.

Although there is step-free access to all platforms. If you require help getting to where you need to be please contact the train operator 48 hours in advance to book assistance.
